Q. Who are World-Class?

A. World-Class are the UK's largest exporters and manufacturers of perfumery, Established in 1975 World-Class currently exports all over the world. World-Class is the consumer name for products manufactured by Milton-Lloyd.

Q. Using the site

Q. What are our delivery time commitments?

A. Delivery time for all fragrances is 2-4 working days. You will be notified by email and text (if you have supplied a UK mobile number) when your order is on its way, along with the relevant tracking number.

Q. Why are our prices so low?

A. World-Class sells perfumes and fragrances manufactured by its' parent company Milton-Lloyd, all products are carefully made in England. Our prices reflect our policy of not advertising, which means you pay for the perfume or fragrance but not for the marketing or middle men. Milton-Lloyd was established 30 years ago and we have built our business on word of mouth and excellent fragrances . We offer top quality perfumes and fragrances at unbeatable prices. If you have any queries or concerns please use the 'contact us' page found in the information box or give us a call.

Q. Is your 'Sales Hotline' automated?

A. Most certainly not, you will be connected directly to a member of our sales staff. Our 'Sales Hotline' is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm excluding UK Public Holidays. Your call will always be taken by our sales staff during working hours. Outside office hours please leave a message with your contact details and a member of our sales staff will call you back during working hours.

Q. I am having problems using my credit or debit card.

A. We accept the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro, Switch, and Solo. If your card is not listed then we also accept cheques and bank transfers, please call our 'Sales Hotline' to arrange payment. If you receive an error in the red box, please follow the instructions in the error message and check that your details are correct. If this does not resolve the issue then there may be a problem processing your card. Please call our 'Sales Hotline' and describe the problem, where our staff will be happy to take your order. Alternatively you can use the 'Contact us' form in the information box and describe the problem. (Please do not enter any card details in this form)

Q. Do you provide samples?

Unfortunately at the present time we are unable to provide samples of our products. If you would like any further information please do not hesitate to contact us.

Q. How long do perfumes keep?

Perfumes can last up to five years, if stored correctly. The ideal storage conditions: are in darkness, at room temperature. A new bottle of perfume will keep, unopened, for up to five years. When you open a bottle of perfume, it will reduce the life span of your fragrance, but not by much if stored correctly.
