Shipping & Returns
Once you have placed an order using our secure ordering and payment system, your order is processed by us and delivered according to your shipping selection detailed below. You will be notified at each stage of your order via e-mail.
In the interest of security and to ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and in its' entirety, your packing is tightly wrapped in a plain brown box and no markings are used.
World-Class cannot be held responsible for damage or loss during transit, it may be possible to make a claim against the dispatchers using your reference number if loss or damage occurs. Conditions and terms apply please refer to the dispatchers web-site for more information.
If you have any problems with your product upon arrival please do not hesitate to contact us via the contact page, and we will seek to rectify any problems as quickly as possible. This may include returns, refunds, and replacement. We will examine the returned product and we will notify you of any refund via email within a reasonable period of time. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for you purchase.
We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for delivery of the defective product.
